1. Order Cancellations
Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at +91 8191875071 with your order details.
Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
We provide refunds only in the following scenarios:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A product is missing from the package (must be verified with an unboxing video).
A cancellation request is successfully made within the allowed 24-hour time frame.
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
Delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability.
Products have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition.
The items are custom-printed or personalized packaging products.
3. Return Process
Window: Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.
Condition: Products must be returned in an unused condition and in their original packaging.
Requirements: Returns must include all original items, invoices, and labels.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refund Timeline
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, UPI, or wallet provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different item or a replacement, you must request a return for the eligible item and place a new order online.
